µRay was founded as a spin-off of Hexagon Metrology. It is specializied in the development and application of the Absolute Multiline Technology (AMT) for projects in industry and science. 

The team is formed by experts with decades of experience in metrology, optics, electronics, software and project management. 

µRay is located in Brunswick, home of the German National Metrology Institute PTB and many renowned metrology companies.
